Newborn photography Dorset

If you’re expecting a baby and researching newborn photography, one of the first questions you’ll probably ask is: how much does newborn photography cost in Dorset?

The answer varies depending on the photographer, their experience, what’s included in their package and whether digital images are included.

Across Dorset, newborn photography sessions typically range from around £150 to £600+, so it’s important to look at exactly what you’re getting for your investment.

Some photographers charge a session fee and then sell images separately afterwards, while others include digital images within their package price.

As a newborn photographer based in Corfe Mullen, Dorset, I’ve always believed in keeping my pricing simple and transparent. I never want parents to feel confused about costs or surprised by hidden extras after their session.

My newborn photography package is £295.

This includes a relaxed newborn session of up to 2 hours in my cosy Dorset home studio, along with 10 professionally edited digital images.

You’ll also have access to all of my props, blankets, wraps and baby outfits, as well as a selection of dresses available for mums.

Many parents tell me they love having everything provided for them, as it means they don’t need to spend time sourcing outfits or bringing lots of items with them on the day.

For families who would like additional images, there are optional upgrades available after viewing their gallery:

  • 5 additional images – £100

  • 10 additional images – £125

  • Full gallery upgrade – £150

These upgrades are completely optional, and there is never any pressure to purchase more than your included images.

When comparing newborn photography prices in Dorset, it’s worth considering more than just the session fee. Experience, editing time, image quality, professional equipment and the overall experience all contribute to the final investment.

For many parents, newborn photographs become some of their most treasured family memories. The newborn stage is incredibly short, and professional photographs allow you to preserve those tiny details long after your baby has grown.

If you’re looking for natural newborn photography in Dorset and would like to find out more about my £295 newborn package, I’d love to hear from you.
